Inquiry details are available only to authorized administrators and are not placed in analytics or routine application logs. We retain submissions only as long as needed for planning, legal, and security purposes.

Deployment operators must configure appropriate privacy notices, retention periods, and service-provider terms for the jurisdictions in which the company operates.

When you type three or more characters in the trip planner's additional-location field, the place text is sent to Geoapify to return suggestions using OpenStreetMap and other geographic data. No name, email, phone number, or other trip-plan field is included in that lookup. A selected location label is retained only if you later submit the inquiry.
